The songs will be available to download on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network on November 4. This Playstation 4 (799.95 at Amazon) and Xbox One (200.00 at eBay) game looks and feels nearly identical to the Rock Band games we played last decade, and ultimately thats why it works. But still, it's hard to complain about a pretty sizable batch of free downloadable songs, even if they aren't the most well-known tracks. While I may not be the resident music expert here at OT, I have to admit that I have no idea who any of those bands are. Anybody who has been along for the ride since the beginning can play all the songs they purchased. The DLC pack will also be available to Nintendo Wii owners who purchase the game when it comes out for that system in December. Each copy of the game comes with a unique download code in the instruction manual, which can be redeemed for the songs. With the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Rock Band 2 now in stores, Harmonix has decided to reveal the 20 free tracks it promised to those who purchased a copy of the game.
